CARRYING OVER 1000 WOOD BATS IN-STOCK


All of our models are custom turned on hydraulic tracer lathes to the same manufacturing standards which were once used for the 70,000+ bats made at our plant from 1986 to 1995 for 30% of Major League Players. You only have to try our bats once to be convinced of the difference quality makes. Teams and individual players have the option of ordering:


Steel Hardened Ash
The Traditional Major League Bat turned at low speeds from the finest quality hand selected second growth white ash, split stock and straight grain of less than 8 grains per inch all to maximize strength and hardness. The highest quality wood available for handle use providing maximum bending properties. Grain sealed and factory boned to increase driving power and hitting distance. Carefully hand sanded for a balanced bat that is unbeatable.

White Rock Maple
The Finest Quality Triple X No. 1 White and the Best from the Northern Forests. Unique vacuum drying process since 1985 to enhance hardness, prevent flaking and maximize the maples effect of its close grain texture. Our special KR3 grain sealing finishes with the handle coated in our Soft Touch Sure Grip coating. Carefully hand-sanded for maximum balance.

Hi-Impact Timber
The Finest Quality Algonquin with a shock resistance 28% higher than ash and 41% higher than hard maple. A wood with a unique fiber cleavage that gives great resistance to checking, splitting and other shear forces. Its extreme hardness makes it wear-resistant with minimum flaking properties. Hand-sanded for the best in balance.

Old Northern Hickory
Wood so hard it sparks when sawn in winter. The baseball bat from the early 1900's made in 3 layers using the highest quality straight grain Sledge Hammer Grade, and antique finished. Our strongest hardest wood made 28% stronger and 18% stiffer than Hard Maple with a hardness that does not get a reading on the test equipment. Order early, limited quantity available.
