  • They are all custom turned from the finest quality selected second growth, split stock, straight grain white ash.
Precision Turning
Precision Turning based on a model pattern
  • After a professional billet has been chosen by selected weight, the desired model is traced on hydraulic lathes from a model pattern.
End Cupping
The End Cupping  Process
  • End cupping - the traditional method of allowing the player to have a bat turned from a heavier, stronger billet by taking some of the weight out after.
Flaming
Flaming - a finishing techniqe to enhance the bat
  • A finishing technique of darkening the grain of the bat, enhancing and clarifying grain lines allowing the player to tell whether he’s playing with quality.
