KR3 President, Ross Huehn began working at the Cooper factory on July 19, 1973. He worked his way up to the factory’s Plant Manager and Senior Wood Buyer’s Position, taking the factory through the height of the Cooper brand bat days in the 1980s and 1990s. He has been grading wood since 1973. Every year when buying wood, Ross personally hand-selects billets he feels are good enough to keep in his collection for the year to be used for special players, teams, and events.

The Pattern 5 features a tapered knob and medium, more durable handle with a medium plus barrel. Excellent balanced bat and a popular choice for all types of hitters. Comes featuring our old school St Marys logo similar to that used in the mid 1900’s.
